With 30 years of hard-earned business experience, both personal and from the clients I have helped in my work, I give advice based on experience, not textbooks.

My knowledge and expertise is born out of challenges I've passionately grappled with and results I’ve proudly achieved.

Whether it was the relentless hustle to grow my first business to a £4.5m turnover in 15 months or navigating a high-tech engineering company away from looming bankruptcy to an 8-figure success in 18 months, I've lived through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship.

Being named the UK Business Mentor of the Year 4 years running and holding the highest Professional Accreditation as a Business Mentor aren't just accolades for me — they're proof of the passion and unwavering dedication I bring to my work.

After cutting my teeth on the disposal of a family owned business that didn’t have the next generation to step into the leadership, I realised that there was a big gap in understanding of business succession and exit planning.

Most people sell one business, their own.

And they don’t think about the journey of the succession planning and exit until it’s upon them - not realising that they could be making their business unsaleable.

It shocks me that only 1 in 2000 businesses sell for their full market value because of lack of preparation. And that over 90% of SME businesses are unsaleable.

Those are very sad statistics that are completely changeable today.

Every business I've seen has left an impression on me and I believe that with the right guidance, any business story can succeed in a profitable and impactful ending.

I have been fortuitous enough to have worked with Christine on an incredibly sensitive project a few years back.
